Local insulation across the Mogollon Rim Country

Our home base below the Mogollon Rim at roughly 5,000 feet — from older Rim Country homes to newer builds off Highway 87, insulated for cold winter nights and Payson's real day-to-night temperature swings.

Just east of Payson at a comparable elevation along Highway 260 — homes here face the same cold-night, high-desert-mountain profile as Payson proper.

North of Payson along Highway 87 at a higher elevation than town, which means colder overnight lows and a stronger case for a well-sealed, higher-R-value attic and wall assembly.

The highest-elevation community we regularly serve in this corridor — noticeably colder nights than Payson and the first spot in the area to see a lasting snow cover most winters.

Up on the Rim itself, with heavier tree cover, higher elevation, and colder winter conditions than Payson — cabins and vacation homes here benefit the most from a properly sealed envelope.
